Bulling

After watching the clip from the video it seems to me that these children have no discipline or parental guidance in their life. Children that may have an abusive parent and  take their anger out on a  fellow student that is smaller than him or her.   I do think that their should be something done about it but with today's issues parents will sue if a teacher looks at a student wrong.   The administration  should have a handbook or some guidelines in order to deal with these situations. Detention for a week then suspension and if it still continues suspend them from the school all together. There needs to be help also from the parents of other children to let then know that they will stand by the school when something like this occurs.

Then there is cyber bullying where kids get on Facebook an bash other students and teachers. A parent should monitor their children's social networking or limit it. It is harder for cyber buying to stop because once something is on the internet it is passed around quickly and it becomes hard to erase. This effects more students every year just because kids see it as a way to get things out fast. There should be a monitor but it's hard to monitor every student so maybe a limit to things plus a student should not have an iPod or iPhone till they are at least 16 and have a job.
